This Christmas, we're making space — for rest, for renewal, laughter, and community. Every room below is fully all-inclusive: lodging, meals, workbooks, sessions, worship, and free-time activities with Katrina Campbell. One price, nothing extra to plan for.
We know this time of year stretches everyone's budget, so this retreat was never meant to be out of reach. Choose the room that fits you—whether you're coming alone and craving quiet, or gathering a few friends to share the cost and the experience.
A deposit reserves your spot. See the Refund policy below. Our itinerary includes free time to choose activities such as wandering the prayer gardens, solo hiking, spending time in the libraries, or joining group activities. Katrina believes in offering a full group experience while making room for those who need intentional solo space. This is the place for you to meet God and find rest in Him through how he uniquely created you. We'll email the full itinerary and Bible Study preparation plan closer to the event.
This 3-day/2-night retreat includes check-in at 3 pm on the 16th and check-out after a 12:30 lunch on the 18th. You may remain on property and use the day facilities after check-out time. Dining is included. You may book additional nights for a personal retreat directly.
Special Dietary Needs
It is our mission to welcome all, and we never want special dietary needs to be a reason for a guest to not come on retreat. We can make the following accommodations to the best of our ability; please note these needs at registration: Vegan, Vegetarian, Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Nut Allergy, and Shellfish Allergy. A guest kitchen is available if you prefer to bring your own meals or snacks. Shellfish Allergy

Double Occupancy with each person in their own full-sized bed, an outdoor patio with direct access, and an en suite bathroom.
These all-inclusive prices include lodging, meals, workbooks, conference sessions, and activities.
Total per person: $295; deposit at registration: $90; payment by Nov. 1: $100; and final payment by Dec. 1st: $105.
Double Occupancy with each person in their own bed and ensuite bathroom. Most of these rooms offer a well-appointed desk area for reflection, with a large window nearby overlooking a wooded area.

Triple Occupancy with 3 people sharing a queen-sized bed, 1 twin bed, desk, large window, and an en suite bathroom.
These all-inclusive prices include lodging, meals, workbooks, conference sessions, and activities.
Total per person: $250; deposit at registration: $75; payment by Nov. 1: $90; and final payment by Dec. 1st: $85.
Quad Occupancy with 4 people sharing 2 full-sized beds, an outdoor patio with direct access, and an ensuite bathroom. Only 2 of these rooms are available.
These all-inclusive prices include lodging, meals, workbooks, conference sessions, and activities.
Total per person: $227.50; deposit at registration: $70; payment by Nov. 1: $80; and final payment by Dec. 1st: $77.50.
Single Occupancy with an en suite bathroom, desk, and window overlooking a wooded area. This space is perfect for someone who wants to reflect quietly.
These all-inclusive prices include lodging, meals, workbooks, conference sessions, and activities.
Total per person: $430; deposit at registration: $130; payment by Nov. 1: $150; and final payment by Dec. 1st: $150.
The deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations on or before Thursday, November 26, 2026: Full refund of your remaining balance, minus your deposit.
Cancellations between November 27 and December 1, 2026: 50% of your remaining balance, minus your deposit.
Cancellation on or after December 2, 2026: No Refund, but it may be transferred to another person.
Transfers are always free at any time before the retreat.
